During consultations the provider will explore options for treatment with you, including pharmacological versus non-pharmacological options for treatment.

The provider will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your specific needs. This may include medication, therapy, or a combination of the two. The provider will also consider any non-pharmacological treatments that may be appropriate for you, such as relaxation techniques or self-care practices. Everyone requires something different and there are many options available for treatment. The provider will help you find the one that will be the most effective plan for you.
psychotropic-medicine

“It’s up to you to start making healthy choices for not only your body, but your MIND.”

If you are taking psychotropic medications that are not effective or if you are having adverse effects from the medication(s), consultations may be necessary.

The provider can assess your situation and make recommendations about changes to your medication regimen that may be necessary. In some cases, it may be recommended that you discontinue use of the medication altogether. The provider will also work with you to identify any other factors that may be contributing to your mental health condition, such as stressors in your life or underlying medical conditions. By addressing all of these factors, the provider can help you develop a comprehensive plan for managing your mental health.
